By booking and using the services of Zamzam Umrah Transport Service, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Service Scope

We provide private and pre-booked transport services for:

• Umrah & Ziyarat trips

• Airport transfers

• Intercity travel within Saudi Arabia

2. Booking & Payment

• Bookings can be made via phone, WhatsApp, email, or our website.

• Payment is due at the time of booking or before the trip starts (unless otherwise agreed).

• Accepted payment methods: cash, bank transfer, and approved digital payments.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• 24 hours or more before the trip: Full refund.

• Less than 24 hours before the trip: 50% refund.

• No-show without notice: No refund.

4. Passenger Responsibilities

• Be ready at the pickup location at the scheduled time.

• Ensure all belongings are taken when leaving the vehicle — we are not responsible for lost items.

• Follow local laws, religious guidelines, and driver instructions during the trip.

5. Driver & Vehicle Responsibilities

• Drivers will arrive on time with a clean, safe, and roadworthy vehicle.

• We reserve the right to refuse service to any passenger acting in an abusive, unsafe, or illegal manner.

6. Liability

• While we take every precaution for your safety, we are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, or events beyond our control.

• We are not liable for indirect losses, missed flights, or missed religious rituals due to unforeseen circumstances.

7. Amendments

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on our official website.
